<p>ところで「ベニズワイガニ」ってご存じですか？</p>



<p>ズワイガニは冬場に旅館や温泉宿なんかに行くと出てくるイメージがあるかもしれません。</p>



<p>ベニズワイガニはズワイガニに比べて知名度は劣りますが、安くて甘くてとてもコスパのいいカニなんです！</p>



<p>今回はそんなベニズワイガニを取り扱う「株式会社マルツ」の足立さんへのインタビュー記事です。</p>
